What do Facility Volunteers Do?

They help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for our service dogs, staff, and clients. If you're passionate about helping others and want to support our mission in a hands-on way, we’d love to have you join us!

What Facility Volunteers Do:

·       Taking out recycling and doing laundry

·       Making homemade dog treats

·       Cleaning dog water bowls and crates

·       Assisting with dog toileting

·       Performing light administrative tasks (filing documents, checking mail at the post office, purchasing supplies)

·       Helping staff with additional needs around the facility

 What We’re Looking For

  • Volunteers 18 years or older, or high school students with written permission from a parent or guardianReliable and self-motivated individuals

  • Comfortable with both light physical tasks and occasional errands

  • Passionate about our mission and eager to help behind the scenes

 Time Commitment

  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability during the work week

  • Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one shift per week when possible

  • All volunteers must complete a one-time Volunteer Orientation class before beginning
