How Sponsorship Works

  1. Choose a Sponsorship Level – Pick a level that fits your budget.

  2. Choose a Dog – Browse our available pups and select the one you’d like to sponsor.

  3. Select Your Preferred Gifts – Choose your SDV supporter items directly on the sponsorship form.

  4. Complete Payment – Submit your sponsorship online safely and securely.

  5. Receive Your Gift Items and Updates – Get your selected gifts and follow your pup’s journey from training to becoming a life-changing service dog.

Please Note: Not every dog who begins training completes our program. If a dog you sponsored is disqualified, you can be confident your donation will still be vital to our work and is put toward another dog’s training.
