Thank you for your interest in the fundraising project for Service Dogs of Virginia (SDV). We think this is a delightful way to partner with our community and friends to raise the necessary funds to place more dogs with more people in Virginia.
We are not a black-tie kind of place. We are dog lovers who are dedicated to helping people with disabilities live more independently. We do believe in the power of these dogs to change lives for the better. We are delighted to have you partner with us to help our fellow Virginians receive a highly trained dog who will improve their lives for years to come. At present, we are working to build a new facility so that we can double the number of dogs we place annually from 10 dogs to 20 or more.

publicity and name recognition for you
Your name, company logo, brief bio, and a link to your website will be featured on our website. Each Labrador statue will have a plaque attached at the base with the name of the sponsor, in addition to a QR code that will direct individuals to your bio on our website. In addition, you will receive:
Name recognition on a map showing the location of all statues
Name and a brief bio in the auction brochure with a photo of the finished piece
Recognition in various print advertisements and social media
Two to three months of public display either in front of your business or another agreed upon location, driving traffic to your location.

Sponsorships are tax-deductible donations - SDV is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Be part of an amazing cause
Profits from the auction go toward helping SDV create a new space. By supporting the auction, you will be helping us to succeed in our mission to significantly increase the number of service dogs we can provide to people in need. Some things to know about us:
Founded in 2000, we have been placing dogs with people with disabilities for 25 years. We have grown from a single program training dogs to assist individuals in a wheelchair to five programs that span a range of needs including autism for children and young adults, PTSD dogs for miliary and first responders, facility dogs for professional counselors, and medical alert dogs.
We are accredited as a service dog school by Assistance Dogs International (www.assistancedogsinternational.org).
We are the only school in Virginia training medical alert dogs
It costs approximately $40,000 to raise and train one dog, but we do not charge clients for their dog.

SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION
Submit your completed sponsor registration form by November 1, 2025. A member of our team will contact you to arrange payment and coordinate next steps.

Review the portfolios of artists and their proposed designs, and select the artist you would like to sponsor.
